Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your HJC gear; if your helmet or apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your HJC account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original HJC box and protective bag, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included before sealing the outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the helmet's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
